A Californian Journey
These images are a selection of photographs, I have taken on my trip to California,
Arizona, Nevada in the year 2002. Big open Landscapes, barren, with big skies had
a calming almost therapeutic effect on me. I also became fascinated with the
Joshua tree, the extraordinary shape and it’s resilience to survive in this dry land. I
believe these images can communicate to the viewer, what I saw and felt at the
moment of making the exposure.
